I was born and raised in Orange County, and I have never left
I care deeply about our county, our cities, and our neighborhoods and it shows in my work.

In my 30 years in this business, I have made so many friends out of people who were originally my clients, and that is because I put the person before the sale.
I love and live this business because of the people I get to meet and serve along the way. Real Estate is not a business about houses, it is a business about connecting with people, building relationships, and truly being a partner is their hopes and dreams, and in their success.
I always stay in touch well after the sale, because my clients become my friends.
To me, my biggest accomplishment is not the sheer number of homes that I have sold over my career, but that over 80% of my business comes from my previous clients, and from those clients referring me to their family and friends.
That is all the evidence that I need for me to know that I have served my past and current clients to the degree that they come back to me when they need assistance, advice, or just to talk.
And to me that is the definition of Success!
